For those unfamiliar with the whole "touch a truck" concept- It is when a sponsoring group brings a whole bunch of trucks together and allows the kids to climb in them and on them and honk the horns and in general push all the buttons (all while praying no one actually touches anything important) This touch a truck had fire and police vehicles, a trash truck, farm equipment, a couple of semi-trucks and some construction vehicles. What better way to spend a 95 degree (by 11 am) day then by being outside climbing in and out of trucks.
And who's brilliant idea was it to give them all whistles???????
