The first gift the kids opened was the gift that the elves left.
D had the honor of opening it.
It was two packages of "indoor snowballs" which are best described as heavy white puff balls.
I think they will be a hit however

Then of course, after breakfast is the scavenger hunt to find their gifts from mom and dad. Each year we try to get them the one thing they wanted most. (why should Santa get all the credit?)
This year....
A Nintendo DSi of her very own for K
A bright pink practice balance beam for D
A stuffed bunny for X. (It is a stand in for the real bunny he will be getting later this spring as his 4-H project)
And a Kindle Fire HD for A
