[sigh] On a continent where the geological record shows all humans are immigrants, you'd think someone might actually think it's OK for an "American" to not be a WASP. (On the other hand, I've known for a long time that "common sense" is an oxymoron with emphasis on the "moron" part...) Keep the faith...!
It so saddens me that my son is going to have to fight the same battles that my brothers and I, and our father before us, had to fight. I had such hope as a young college student that we might be further past this by the time I was raising a family. Yeesh!
