Sometimes this happens with kids. It could be anything but as long as it doesn't get worse, to not worry about it at this point. And judging by the responses I have gotten here and on some of my online forums, sounds like there isn't a consensus on the cause. It will be interesting to see if it gets better this summer when she isn't at day care/preschool.
